About the Project
This project includes the construction of a paint shop, a road area, a materials warehouse and an office module, as well as structural validation for the Pellizzari plant. The activities include earthwork, masonry, structural and painting work, which represents a comprehensive effort to improve the plant's functionality and operational capacity. The work began in January 2024 in Veracruz, Veracruz.

Our Approach And Solution
The solution implemented consisted of the construction of a paint shop measuring 180 meters long by 20 meters wide and 12 meters high. In addition, roads and storm drains were developed to ensure adequate water management at the site. Soil improvement works were carried out over a total area of 3,600 m², ensuring a solid base for the new facilities and guaranteeing their long-term resistance. This integrated approach allowed us to meet the client's requirements while optimizing available resources.
