PILING RIG
Easy to operate and quick to install in restricted areas in urban areas.
The equipment can be delivered in many different versions and if necessary tailored to the customer's needs. This makes it possible to power an impact hammer, vibratory hammer or rotary head directly using the hydraulic power of the equipment without the need for an additional power supply.
In case more hydraulic power is required, a hydraulic power pack can be mounted at the rear of the machine. A wide range of equipment is offered with guideways up to 50 meters high as well as rotary heads that can handle from 150 to 500 kNm (50 ton/mtr) of torque, designed for large diameter drilling with CFA Continuous Helix or for the elaboration of piles or piles by soil displacement.
The use of this technology has generated savings of up to 30% compared to other conventional equipment. Guided equipment can be used for:
- Driving of precast concrete or steel piles, square, octagonal, pipe or beam.
- AZ, U, H or I sheet piles and profiles.
- Manufacturing of piles by medium or complete displacement of soils.
- Manufacture of piles with CFA (continuous helix).
- Guide that allows the installation of piles inclined at 14 degrees (4:1).
- Pre-drilling with impact hammer installation.
