STEEL SHEET PILES
Supported by large mills that manufacture special steel profiles, our stock of materials and our network of suppliers allow us to offer initial deliveries for project start-up, as well as support in transportation logistics to reduce subsequent delivery times. With the environment in mind, we only market steel products that contain at least 70% recycled material.
We offer hot-rolled or cold-rolled profiles, depending on the customer's needs in terms of the lock's tightness, higher moment of inertia, etc. We can advise you on the choice of the most suitable type of material.
Hot rolled sections: Z, U, H. Steel sheet piling has been recognized worldwide for decades and is widely used in countries such as Holland, Germany, France, USA, Mexico, Panama, etc. The Z type sheet pile is commonly used in the construction of piers, retaining structures, dams, breakwaters, retention of pier footings, environmental barriers, overpasses and subway parking lots. Sheet pile can serve as temporary or permanent containment.
We consider factors such as elastic properties, section modulus, moment of inertia, durability, and driveability to select the most suitable sheet pile design and section.
COMBINED WALL
For the construction of combined walls with sheet pile combination beam, the following components should be considered:
- Main pile: A long beam or tube that supports most of the load.
- Jetting Sheet Pile:A double Z sheet pile that transfers the load to the main pile.
- Padlocks and connectors: They facilitate the interconnection or transition between elements.
H PILES / BOX PILE / O PILE
These piles, driven into the ground, serve as support for bridges, buildings, factories, warehouses and almost any type of construction. They are very effective as toe piles but also resist load by friction. Their main advantages over concrete piles are their ease of installation, higher quality, shorter installation time and greater resistance to handling.
