About the Project

The combined wall piling project for the ICAVE Container Terminal in the expansion of the Port of Veracruz is a key project for port development in the region. This terminal, which stretches 1 km, is part of a broader effort to modernize and expand the port's infrastructure, consolidating it as one of the most important in Mexico.

Our Client’s Challenge

The client faced several challenges during the execution of the project:

Need to meet tight construction deadlines.
Coordination among multiple activities and contractors.
Ensuring quality and safety in a maritime environment.
Efficient resource management and on-site logistics.

Our Approach And Solution

To address these challenges, a strategic plan was implemented that included the use of 409 HZ 1180 M B-14 piles and 408 AZ 24-700 sheet piles, totaling 2,966.89 tons and 1,171.37 tons, respectively. Structural elements were effectively driven, reaching a total length of 1 km. Careful planning and the use of specialized machinery allowed the project to be completed within the established deadline, guaranteeing the client's satisfaction.
