About the Project

This project consisted of the installation of 1,000 linear meters of combined wall for the cargo terminal at the new port of Veracruz. The work was carried out in parallel with the dredging works, being crucial for the containment of the fills. Sheet piles AZ 26 meters and HZ 32 meters long were used to ensure the stability of the area.

Our Client’s Challenge

The client faced several challenges during the execution of the project:

Maritime work without wave protection completed.
Coordination with simultaneous dredging activities.
Ensuring quality and safety in a maritime environment.
Compliance with tight deadlines for project delivery.

Our Approach And Solution

To address these challenges, a strategic plan was implemented that included the use of 32-meter King Piles and 26.70-meter slabs. Effective pile driving was performed for a total of 1,100 linear meters, reaching a total weight of 28,695 tons. Careful planning and the use of specialized machinery allowed the project to be completed within the established deadline, guaranteeing the client's satisfaction.
